This class is designed for students who have had a minimum of 8 months to a year of training in taekwondo - Intermediate - Taekwondo Martial Arts. This level involves a high number of repetitions for cardiovascular exercises, kicking, blocking and punching. This is an intensive level for our students where they will have to excel. Much more is expected of the intermediate student than the beginner student. This includes better discipline, memorization and focus.
With our Martial Arts program it will teach two forms of self defense. One is physical part where you will improve your strength, flexibility and overall health. The other part is internal where you will start to believe in your capabilities increasing your self-confidence and estime.
