To help clients to come to know, resolve and integrate their feelings in their lives. People who suffer from eating disorders can also benefit  from emotion-oriented bodywork. 

Emotion-Oriented Body Work  uses touch, massage and other body work to explore the connection between body and mind. This work provides a safe environment for  emotional release. Verbal techniques are also used such as active listening and reflecting back,  and affirming statements of support.
