Details
This exceptional chandelier were manufactured in Europe; pre-second World War period; originally owned by a Cuban sugar plantation owner.
They were acquired and immediately taken out of Cuba when Fidel Castro acquired power.
Details:
1. Late 19th century, English Victorian eight arm glass and crystal chandelier. Centre frosted with cut crystals 38" X 48" high (Chain & canopy included), totally restored and rewired.
2. Very Rare Baccarat, Victorian Empire style Chandelier in bronze dore (Gold), with six sets of three candles, (Every candle stick is made of gold plated mirrored glass),
Circa 1880, dimension 48 “by 40”, in perfect condition.
Currently these chandeliers are in Canada, properly crated destined to be shipped to USA to be auctioned. I feel these rare items should remain in Canada.
For getting a better picture, I have asked the owner to get the Victorian chandelier out of the crate and re-take a better picture.
The price tag for both fixtures, delivered and installed is $24,000
