Glaucoma Treatment

Any damage whether small or big to your vision caused by glaucoma cannot be repaired. Glaucoma can be treated in a variety of ways either with eye drops, prescribed pills, laser surgery, traditional surgery or a combination of these methods mentioned. With treatment loss of vision is prevented, as vision loss from glaucoma is irreversible. The good news is that glaucoma can be managed if detected early, and that with such treatment prescribed by your optician, most people with glaucoma will not lose their sight.
