Owner and Executive Chef Patricia Borges, is a master in preparing Azorean Portuguese style dishes with flavours that excite all senses. She began her career in the town of Agua de Pau Saint Michel as a young apprentice at the age of 15 and has not put down her apron since. Her passion for food is showcased in all of her creations, as she incorporates his modern take on Azorean Portuguese cuisine into all of her dishes.
