We offer partner prenatal yoga classes.
As an expectant birth partner you will need to learn how to support your loved one with confidence and full understanding through labour and birth of your child. This workshop focuses on the practice of yoga into your journey of birth as a couple.
This yoga class practices gentle postures that will open the body to pregnancy and meditation while focusing on breathing to calm the mind and give yourself confidence throughout the whole term. During this period it is vital to reduce stress and relax the nervous system while encouraging a positive and supportive environment. This yoga practice activates the relaxation response in the whole body and mind. No prior yoga experience is required for both partners.
