A woman’s body after birth of one's child can be tender, emotionally and physically. There is a yearning to reconnect with one’s own body after such an experience. This unique class tailored to mothers helps them move through their bodies, exploring breathing and movement exercises to gain control of their body again.
This yoga practice activates the relaxation response in the whole body and mind. No prior yoga experience is required for mothers.
