Registered Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is a  Regulated Health Profession in Ontario. Each  of our massage therapist must complete an extensive academic and practical program in the health sciences including orthopedic assessment and therapeutic exercises and be registered by the college of massage therapist of Ontario.

Massage therapy is the manipulation of Muscle, bone, fascia, nerves, blood and lymphatic fluids in order to assist an individual eliminate body aches and Pain. Many common soft tissue injuries such as; tendinitis, sciatica, headaches, carpal tunnel and thoracic outlet syndrome, frozen shoulder, joint sprains, muscle strains and lower back pain are successfully treated using massage therapy. Its effectiveness is not limited to the physical body because It is a key component in the treatment of psycho-spiritual ailments such as chronic stress and in some cases depression. Pain is an indication that something is wrong and the massage therapists at the neighbourhood wellness clinic set the standard in assisting clients with the elimination of the causes of pain by treating, referring and educating.
