Thai Fish Cake

One of many favourites requested by our frequent customers are Thai fish cakes.

Our chef knows all to well that the freshest ingredients make all the difference in this  traditional recipe. The combination of the fresh flavours of salmon or haddock with the wonderful zing of Thai spices, make these fish cakes look not only beautiful but taste incredibly amazing too. These delicious fish cakes are made along with fresh potatoes, and are all flavoured with lemongrass plus coriander. May be spiced with Thai red curry paste if desired.
