Here is a wonderful opportunity to unwind, get stretched, massaged and relax deeper than ever before - minus a holiday south at a spa. During this 1.5 hour specialty class, you will get to restore your body and mind with a combination of relaxing restorative yoga poses while receiving Thai Yoga Massage. Prepare to let go of tension in the deepest areas of yourself, breathe more deeply and enter blissful states. Wear comfortable, layered clothing and leave behind all your cares at the door for this 2 hour, deeply, nourishing workshop.
