Personal attention to each student's progress makes the difference between just attending a yoga class and developing an authentic personal practice. Jai Jot has been teaching in Toronto for over 15 years. Her foundation in the Kundalini and Hatha traditions supports a well rounded practice and effective teaching style. Beginners are welcome. Group classes and private/semi private classes are available Monday-Sunday days and evenings. Seasonal unlimited packages are available.
