We offer a yoga program specifically designed for runners.
The format and focus of program of 'yoga for runners' are built based on all the needs of a runner: tight muscles, a go-go-go attitude, stiff legs and tight compressed joints. We will work hard on cross training your body which entails - lengthening, strengthening, creating a zen balance and a fully improved range of movement. Classes for this program are typically small and the content varies based on the specific needs of our clients.
Our yoga studio offers a variety of different types of yoga to cater to all. We have classes that will appeal to the experienced and to the newbies.
