Our Youth Program is designed to improve your balance and co-ordination, increase strength, awareness and endurance, and build confidence. You will leave each class refreshed with a renewed sense of inner peace, accomplishment and clarity, as well as some pretty darn effective Self-Defense skills too!
While physical fitness and self-defense capability are the focus of this program, we also want our members to have fun, so the classes are run in relaxed and positive, yet serious and focused, atmosphere.
Youth classes are divided by age from 13-17 years.
The self-defense training is comprised of hand strikes, kicking skills, felling techniques and grappling skills which will help develop a well-rounded martial artist.
